Whitewater Rafting on the Deschutes River

Whitewater Rafting on the Deschutes River

Our 2-day Deschutes River rafting trip explores 36 miles of the Lower Deschutes River from Trout Creek to Maupin. Challenge famous rapids such as Whitehorse, Buckskin Mary, Wapanitia, Box Car and many more. Photographers at Wapanitia and Box Car rapids capture the fun. Our trips are fully outfitted - include all of your camping gear and meals and will have your vehicle shuttled to the take-out during the trip. You’ll spend one night under the stars in a comfortable riverside camp, where the guides prepare gourmet meals served on full-sized banquet tables with a selection of fine wines. Most trips run over the weekends, but other dates are available. Convenient to Portland and Bend, our 2-day Deschutes River rafting trip is a great adventure getaway for families, couples and smaller groups.

"The guides were really great. They did an excellent job of covering safety and basics and helping the beginning rafters get started without letting them get overwhelmed. Personable, calm, skilled, focused on safety, good at teaching, watchful and relaxed at the same time – they were awesome! Equipment was in good shape and the nicer lifejackets gave the first time rafters a sense of confidence right off the bat. "
